Eric White is a recognized leader at the nexus of fundraising, data, and analytics, with more than 20 years of experience helping mission-driven organizations design and implement data-driven fundraising strategies. He has partnered with leading institutions including the NAACP, the Humane World for Animals (formerly the Humane Society of the United States), Case Western Reserve University, and the American Kidney Fund to align donor motivation with mission impact.
Eric spent 15 years with WealthEngine, where he served as Senior Principal Consultant and Director of Consulting. In this role, he guided more than 200 organizations in conducting data-driven feasibility studies and applying predictive analytics to strengthen capital campaigns, optimize portfolios, and enhance donor engagement. His leadership also contributed to the launch of innovative modeling tools that changed how organizations identify, cultivate, and retain donors.
Earlier in his career, Eric held senior leadership roles with the National College Access Network and the Darrell Green Youth Life Foundation, where he raised more than $5 million to expand after-school and summer programs. He has also served in consulting and executive positions supporting national organizations focused on education access, diversity, and youth development.
A frequent conference speaker and thought leader, Eric holds an M.A. from UCLA and a B.A. from the University of Southern California, where he also competed as a two-time NCAA All-American in track and field.
