AskMoose
Have a question about your data? Just ask Moose.
AskMoose is a natural language assistant sitting on a governed SQL warehouse of your own donor and finance data. Ask in the words you already use, get an answer you can check.
Why It Exists
Another dashboard was never the answer.
Most nonprofits already own more data than they can reach. It sits in a CRM only two people can log into, an accounting system with its own reporting rules, and a shared drive full of exports.
AskMoose removes the queue. The people who need an answer ask for it directly, and the numbers come from one governed source rather than five reconstructions of it.

412 donors gave in FY 2025 and have not yet given in FY 2026 · Total rows: 412
412 donors gave last year and have not given this year. Together they represent $184,200 in lapsed annual support.
- $184,200 is sitting in this list. Those 412 donors gave $184,200 last year. Start calls with the 20 largest; a personal ask renews lapsed donors at several times the rate of mail.
- Most lapsed donors are not lost donors. 61% of this group gave three or more years running before stopping. Reach them before December, when lapsed-donor recovery rates fall sharply.
- One foundation accounts for 5% of the total. The Bexley Foundation gave $10,000 last year across a five-year relationship. Foundation lapses usually mean a missed report or a changed program officer, not a lost relationship. Check the grant calendar first.

What It Can Do
Answer a question in seconds.
Who lapsed, who upgraded, what a program cost last quarter, how this month tracks against last year.
Show its work.
Every answer opens to the reasoning and the records behind it, so the number can be checked before it goes to a board.
Return tables and charts.
Results come back ready to read, export to Excel, or drop into a board packet.
Stay inside your permissions.
Access controls follow the roles you set. People see the data they are allowed to see.

The Platform Underneath
A governed SQL warehouse you own.
We connect to the systems you already run, load them into a SQL warehouse on a dedicated server, and keep it current. Nothing is replaced and nothing is migrated.
Connected systems converge into one governed warehouse. Spreadsheets connect straight to AskMoose.

Your data stays yours.
Each client’s environment is isolated. AskMoose runs against your data in your dedicated warehouse, with no connection to the public internet.
Your data is never shared with other clients, never sent to a third party, and never used to train any AI model.

Our customers want speed, accuracy, and governance.
