Why It Exists
Another dashboard was never the answer.

- Most lapsed donors are not lost donors. 61% of this group gave three or more years running before stopping. Reach them before December, when lapsed-donor recovery rates fall sharply.
- One foundation accounts for 5% of the total. The Bexley Foundation gave $10,000 last year across a five-year relationship. Foundation lapses usually mean a missed report or a changed program officer, not a lost relationship. Check the grant calendar first.
